- String Beans
- Coconut Milk
- Turmeric powder
- Curry Powder
- Bay Leaves
- Salt and Pepper
- Herbs – Basil, Thyme, Rosemary
- Saute onion, garlic, and gynger, and add squash and string beans.
- Once the squash is a bit soft, add the okra, coconut milk, bay leaves
- Dash of turmeric powder, curry powder, basil, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
