A simple and yet very powerful breakfast for those on the go. Tofu as source of protein and turmeric is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant and may also help improve symptoms of depression and arthritis.
- Red Bell Pepper
- Turmeric Powder
- Curry Powder
- Salt and Pepper
- Saute’ onion, garlic and onion
- Mash the tofu until it becomes scrambled look. Add to the pan.
- Add bell pepper, and dash of turmeric powder, curry powder, salt and pepper
