Healthy Tofu, Greens in Herbs

Everything you see here is freshly harvested from a farm here in Philippines. It’s quick, easy, and very affordable too!

Ingredients:

  • Tofu
  • Spinach
  • Malunggay
  • Basil
  • Eggplant
  • Tomatoes
  • Herbs – marjoram, thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano, basil.
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Fry eggplant and tofu in herbs
  2. Boil greens and add olive oil, kikkoman sauce, herbs and lemon
  3. Add tomatoes
  4. Dash with salt and pepper to taste 🙂
